Set on 12  pastoral acres, the Ives invites a seamless flow of indoor-outdoor living complete with a pool and multiple areas to gather and share a meal surrounded by nature. Evoking a beautiful marriage of original 1887 character and modern design, this charming 2-story farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The gunite pool, accompanied by a private outdoor shower, is the perfect place to spend long warm days that can stretch into cozy nights under the stars. The entire home is a nod to earlier, simpler times, surrounded by nature. Elements like natural wood, neutral colors and sumptuous textures create a gentle and warm energy throughout every room. 

Greet the day with a cup of coffee in the fully stocked kitchen while softly gazing at the embers dancing in the wood burning stove, or get lost in a good book by the fireplace in the living room. For more formal meals, gather in the dining room around a table that seats 6 or bring your meal to the picnic tables in the back porch for festive al fresco dining and cocktails. Stay connected at two designated workspaces and when you’re ready to rest, retire to the 2nd floor where there are two bedrooms with queen beds. For more privacy, there’s a bedroom and living quarters in the fully finished basement with heated floors. Beyond the farmhouse property is a cornucopia of destinations for the creative-minded, nature lovers, or outdoorsy adventurers. Take the scenic drive to vibrant towns like Hudson and Great Barrington, MA for great shops and restaurants. We recommend grabbing a croissant at the Bartlett House, and for skiers, exploring nearby Catamount Mountain and Butternut Mountain Ski Resorts.
